At Aula Gaming, we want to ensure your gear is battle-ready. If you are not completely satisfied with your keyboard or accessory, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the product in its original packaging including all keycaps, cables, and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
